Payment

Please pay by direct credit only to account 12-3435-0001233-00. We cannot accept any other form of payment at this time.

Payment is due in full within three working days. Please use the diagram below to help you enter the correct information when paying online.
Booking will be confirmed by email when payment has cleared. This email will include details of the tutorial, including the tutor’s name and the meeting point.

Postponements:

You may cancel your tutorial up to 24 hours in advance and receive a full refund of credit to book another tutorial.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the tutorial or the tutee fails to show up there will be no refund.

However if the tutee is genuinely sick, then you must notify the Virtuoso Tutoring Liaison at the Partner High School. If the Liaison is not notified by 2pm on the day of the tutorial you will not receive a refund. If the Liaisons are not available when you call, please leave a message for them and/or ask another staff member to pass on your message to the Liaison as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

If you decide to cancel tutorials, you can get a refund for the value of the unused tutorials, less a $10 break fee. The value of the unused tutorials will be calculated as the total price you paid minus the value of the tutorials actually used. The value of the tutorials actually used will be calculated based on the un-discounted price of a single tutorial that applied when the package of tutorials was booked.
